Why I Built My Own Website

A personal space to reflect, learn, and grow—across CRM, product thinking, and career transitions.

I didn’t create this website because I had everything figured out. I created it because I realised how much more there is to learn.

I thought I understood CRM—but moving from brand side to agency, from mid-sized companies to large enterprises, from creative-driven work to data-driven strategies, and from scheduled campaigns to automated journeys—every shift brought new lessons.

I started noticing how product limitations could directly impact the customer journey, which led me to explore product management. And through my experience managing clients, I began to see the value of customer success and wanted to explore it more deeply.

So I built this site—a digital home to document my journey and learnings. Part blog, part portfolio, and part journal of becoming.
